Terms Of Service Please take note that there are rules that govern this site and all forums herein. All rules are based on a fair standard which not only apply to the general membership of this site, but also members that are moderators and administrators as well. Violation[s]of these rules are not taken lightly. Violation[s] of our Terms Of Service do carry consequences and such will be addressed by the assigned site administration. All members are allowed to posts topics or opinions related to the subject at hand. Please make a conscious effort to place topics in their relative forums when posting on our site. Topics that are not placed in their relative forums shall be moved to their respective forum. Double and multiple posting, such as copying and pasting into one or more forums is not permitted. Doing such will not result in a faster response and will not be tolerated in the forums. The duplicates, as well as the original, may be deleted or moved. “Flaming” will not be tolerated. Flaming is hereby defined as the malicious act of attempting to incite or participating in, a hostile negative environment. This includes, but not is not limited to: starting a thread attacking another member, “hijacking” a thread with the express purpose of attacking another member, “Shadowing” a member (“shadowing” is defined as posting negative or derogatory replies to a large percentage of another member’s posts and/or threads without viable cause as dictated by the administration). Threats to an individual’s person, family, property, and/or business shall not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in administrative action being taken immediately. Any threatening statements may be logged and used as legally binding evidence if the situation calls for it. By agreeing to the Terms Of Service, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for each and every action, statement, change, or post under your username and password. It is recommended that if there are multiple users to the computer you access the site through, that you logout after each session to protect your security. This site is visited by minors, as well as adults who do not wish to be exposed to profanity and vulgar language in any form. We respect this and expect our membership to as well. Therefore, the use of profanity and vulgar language of any type/style is prohibited. The posting of any language, graphic, picture, avatar, signature, or other visual means of communication which can be related as being vulgar, obscene, racist, political and/or offensive to others is strictly prohibited. All members deserve respect and shall be treated with such respect while visiting the site. Any violation[s] in language, graphic, picture, avatar, signature, or other visual means of communication used while posting on this site shall result in administrative action[s]. We do not allow demeaning and/or racial references etc. in any context. Such action[s] shall result in administrative action[s]. The placement of sale, trade and/or barter type ads on our Classifieds require that any ad for a live specimen include a picture of the EXACT specimen being offered. Any ad which is inclusive of multiple live specimens, such as a full clutch, are allowed to have an example picture of one of the specimens placed in the ad. When placing only the one picture in the ad for multiple specimens you must also place a link to any other specimens which are being offered in the ad as well. Any ads which do not conform to this ruling shall be removed immediately with no preemptive warning of such by administration. ANY/ALL pictures that are uploaded and/or linked to this site should be the property of the person posting the picture[s]. If it is not the property of the posting party, then they should have express permission from the owner of the picture[s] to be utilizing it. The person should also have a notation in their post reflecting that they do not own the picture and have permission to utilize. A notation should also be made as to who the owner is of the picture being posted as well in their post. All photos and/or content that is not the property of the poster should include a link to the author site and due credit. Plagiarism shall not be tolerated. By posting text or images on this forum you are granting us an unlimited and irrevocable license to reuse, republish, and retransmit that data in any manner seen fit by the site administrators. This forum respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us and explain the situation and we will do our best to rectify it. Any type of derogatory commentary placed upon/within our site which is deemed as a direct/indirect "attack" upon our site shall be removed and dealt with in an administrative venue. Any such violation of this type should be made known to our administrators and/or the site's owner. They shall verify such and take appropriate action[s] if deemed necessary. Site administration reserves the right to enforce any and all rules and violations as deemed necessary. In the occurrence of any violation[s]of our TOS the site's administration should be informed of such occurrence[s]. Upon verification of TOS violation[s] , administration shall take disciplinary action[s] relative to the level of violation. Most violation[s] carry a "three strike" warning penalty. More serious violation[s] will result in immediate termination of the violating parties account with our site. ALL action[s] taken in regards to violation[s] shall be approved by an administrator and/or the site's owner, prior to such taking place. We expect that ALL members/moderators/administrators of our site be treated with utmost respect and that also treat others with such a level of respect in conducting themselves while visiting our site and/or enacting on behalf of the site. Any member who comes across violation[s] of our TOS or feels violated, should contact an administrator and discuss any/all issues pertaining to such. Please do not respond to a violation with another. This TOS shall not be held to be fully encompassing at any time. We reserve the right to take administrative action[s] for any other form of violation[s] upon/within this site as we deem necessary. Other possible violation[s] not listed above shall be verified by our administrators and/or the site's owner. Should it be found that violation[s] have occurred by them, they shall take administrative action[s] in regards to such. Inactive Accounts: Any account that has not posted on this site, and remains inactive for 365 days or more is subject to removal. Signature size limit: Forum Signatures may be no more than 760 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. This size includes any images or text. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, I hold Hot Heads Venomous Keeper Forums, all content contained therein, the owner, the moderators, and the administrators harmless from any libel, slander, defamation or any other legal repercussions from content contained herein.
